Urdu Translation of hadith:
Abu Musa Radi allaho anho se rivayat hai ki Rasoollallah Sallallaho Alaihey wasallam ke paas jab koi hajat lekar aata to Aap Sallallaho Alaihey wasallam apney saathiyon se farmatey Sifarish karo tumko sawab hoga aur Allah taala to apney Nabi ki zuban par wohi hukm karega jo chahta hai

Sahih Muslim , 6691

English Translation of hadith
Abu Musa Radiallaho anho reported that when any needy (person) came to Allah's Messenger Sallallaho Alaihey Wasallam with a need he commanded him to his Companions, saying: Make a recommendation for him, and you would get the reward. Allah, however, gives the verdict through the tongue of His Apostle what He likes most.
