In the Name of God, the Compassionate, the Merciful

"Then We caused the earth to swallow up him and his house; and he had not (the least little) party to help him against God, nor could he defend himself. (Quran 28:81)
But the sincere (and devoted) Servants of God,-
For them is a Sustenance determined,
Fruits (Delights); and they (shall enjoy) honour and dignity,
In Gardens of Felicity,
Facing each other on Thrones (of Dignity):
Round will be passed to them a Cup from a clear-flowing fountain,
Crystal-white, of a taste delicious to those who drink (thereof),
Free from headiness; nor will they suffer intoxication therefrom.
(Quran 37:40-47)

We just received confirmation today that our letter was delivered to the Ambassador. Copies were also delivered to U.S. Secretary of State, and Consulate Generals in Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York. "We believe there is an opportunity for France as the leader of the European Union to lead against the recent wave of Islam phobia sweeping throughout Europe. Many look to France for answers to protect the rights of European Muslim minorities. Perhaps a good place to start is the issue of respecting the rights of Muslim women to have the freedom to choose if they wish to wear headscarves, an Islamic tradition that should never be viewed as a threat to the French or European culture ....
