Question 5: Presently, I am hanfi and i want to convert myself to shafai maslak so is it jayaz to do so? |
Answer: Not Allowed!! |
Question 6: Can we use credit card? I heard an Aalim saying that when u sign the credit card application, u accept that u will pay interest if u pay money after the given time,so when u accept a haram thing (interest) then u cannot use credit card it, is not allowd! whats the fact? Hazrath pls give us ur views? |
Answer: I cant elaborate this masla in this short meeting and it requires more time and more concentration and it requires to be concidered attentively however it is not advisable to have the credit card. if it is avoidable, people must avoid !!! |

Question 9/10: Imam Musafir hay aur Muqtadi Muqeem hay aur Muqtadi Farz Namaz parrh chuka hay aur4 rak'at wali Jama'at mein nafil ki nyyat se shamil hona chahay tou wo kitni rak'at ki Niyyat karega? |
Answer: Shamil honay ki niyyat to judagana nahi hay musafir k peechay agar muqeem nay iqtada ki to hukm yehi hay k wo apni chaar paRhay ga. Irshaad: Iss main to chaar rakat ki niyyat theek nahi iss liay k do rakat main wo munfarid ho jayai ga lehaza do rakat ki nafal ki niyyat say shareek e jamaat hojaey !!! |
Question 11: Islami Libaas ki wazahat farma dein. Islami Libaas se kia murad hay? |
Answer: Islami libas koi specific aur mo’ayyan libas nahi hay har mulk ka aur harr jagah ka aisa libas jis main fussaaq, fujjaar aur kuffaar yahoodi, nasraani ya mushrik, majoosi uss wazaa main shareek na hon aur waza’ aisi aam na ho balkay wo libas uss jagah k sulahaa, ulama waghaira ka libas ho wo harr jagah ka islami libas hay. |
Question 12: Namaz mein Ayat-e-Sajda parrhi aur Sajda karna bhool gaya tou ub kia karay? Namaz lotani hogi ya alag se Sajda kar le? |
Answer: Namaz lauTanay ka hukm nahi hay yai masla daikha jayai to agar uss nay ayat e sajda paRhi aur sajda karna bhool gya to ab sajda e tilawat ghair e namaz main adaa ho ga ya nahin. |
Question 13: Yahaan UK me log khete he kyu ke Isha ki namaaz ka waqt nahi he tho Isha ki adaa maghrib ke 1 hour 30 minutes ke baad par sakhte he. Kya ye sahi hay? |

Answer: Alehdagi main milnay ki ijazat nahi youn hi donon ka saath jana mutlaqan harr haal main, iss ki b ijazat nahi ho sakti aur zaroori baat mamooli taur par uss ki ijazat ho sakti hay jabb k zaroorat daa’ee ho ya hajat e shadeeda ho aur wo na ho to uss say ehtiyaat behter hay. |
Question 15: Kia har Shakhs k liye alag Ism-e-Azam hay? Mera Naam Hamid Raza Khan hay? Meray liye Ism-e-Aazam ata farma dein? |
Answer: Hamid raza khan k a’adaad nikaal kar k ya aap k yahan agar koi sahib ilm ul a’adaad nikaal kar k unn k mutabiq jo ism e azam aik ya do banay wo aap ko bata dain unn ko aap parhiye. |
Question 16: Jub Imam ne pehlay Salam k liye AsSalamu Alaikum wa RaHmatullah pura na kaha ho. aur koi uss waqt Jama'at mein shamil ho tou waqi'atan usay Jama'at mili ya nahin? |
Answer: Jamat nahi mili namaz poori ho gaee. |
Question 17: What is Ilm-e-Da'wat? I heard that one needs to learn it to write the naqsh in Majmua Aamaal-e-Raza. Can Hazrat teach it? If not, is there any book available in English in which i can learn it? |
Answer: Inn ko bataeeyai k namaz roza k ahkaam aur jo shariat k zaroori ahkaam hain unn ki taraf dhyaan dain aur yai aap k liay advisable nahi hay !!! |
Question 18: In our city there is only one hafiz and he does not keep a beard, can we perform taraaweeh namaaz behind such an Imaam? |
Answer: Not allowed. |
Question 19: kya agar ladki walay kushee sai car ya bike shadi mai dein to usay lai sakthai hain? |

Answer: Sili hui underwear agar pehnay ga to sadqa day ya agar wo aik peher ya do peher agar wo pehnay raha to damm day. |
Question 24: shohar ne apni bibi se kaha agar tu apni maa ke ghar gayi to tujhe talaq. Aurat apni maa ke ghar chali gayi to talaq hui ke nahi? |
Answer: Iss soorat main jaisee talaqain iss shart par mua’llaq keen, jaisi aur jitni talqain wo waqe’ ho jayain gi aur agar youn hi kaha hay k tujhay talaq to aik talaq e raj’ee parr gaee ab iss k baad do talaq ka maalik hay jabb kabhi do talaqain day day ga aurat nikah say baahir ho jayai ga aur bay halalaa iss k liay halal na hogi. |

Question 26: KYA HUZOOR HUJJATUL-ISLAM (ALAIHIR RAHMA) NE KOI NAATH KITAAB PUBLISH KI HE, AUR AGAR HAN THO UNKE KITAAB KA NAAM KYA HE AUR KYA MUJHE IJAZAT HE KE MEUNKE KALAAM PARU? |

Question 27: AUR KYA ALA HAZRAT (ALAIHIR RAHMA) KE NAAT KITAAB, HAADAIQ-E BAKHSHISH, HUZOOR MUFTI E AZAM E HIND (ALAIHIR RAHMA) KE NAATH KITAAB, SAMAAN-E-BAKHSHISH AUR HUZOOR TAAJUSH SHARIAH KE NAATH KITAAB SAFEENA-E-BAKHSHISH SENAATHIA QALAAM PARNE KI IJAZAT HAY? |

Question 28: koi maghrib ki namaz me last rakat me shamil hoa aur usne bachi hoi do rakat me se ek rakat me alhamd ke bad surat nahin milaee aur usne sajdah sahv bhi nahin kia to kia uski namaz hogi ya nahin? jab ke woh uzer pesh karta hai ke usko maloom nahi thaa aur usne us waqta namaz nahi ada ki to kia uspar us namaz ki qazaa wajib hai ya nahin? |

Answer: Iss ki koi haqeeqat nahi hay bazurg kisi par nahi aatay haiN. |
Question 31: Fi Zamana Mehar kitna hona chaiye aur sonay (gold) ki surat me bhi mehar ada ho sakta hai? |
Answer: Sonay ki soorat main b meher adaa ho sakta hay aur meher k liay hadees main farmaya k "dass dirham say kam na ho" dass dirham chaandi k unn ka wazan bahar e shariat main jo iss waqt mujhay yaad nahi hay uss wazan ki chaandi ya uss ki qeemat jo rupay bantay hain uss say kamm nahi hain !!! |
Question 32: Hamare masjid ke imam, Doa me Shajra Shareef padhte hain. Shajra shareef ke aakhir me wo ye sher milate hain: "TU MUJHE ILMO AMAL KI TAUFEEQ DE, TAUFEEQ DE; YA ILAHI MUJH MUNEER E BENAWA KE WASTE"... Yahan ke muqtadion ko doa me "MUJH MUNEER E BENAWA KE WASTE" kahne par etraz hota hai. Muqtadion ka kahna hai ki imam sahab apne naam ko shajra me na daalen aur sirf "MUJH BENAWA KE WASTE" padhen taake muqtadion ko is par Aameen kahne me koi hichkichahat na ho. Imam sahab, doa me jo sher padhte hain uske bare me Hazrat kya farmate hain? |
Answer: Aitiraaz ki koi wajah nahi hay wo khud hi uss main bay nawa kehtay hain aur muqtadi mmujh bay nawa b keh saktay hain. |
