Question 1: kuch lougon ka mamool hay k Namaz k baad Madina Sharif ki taraf rukh kar k Salam parrhtay hain phir Baghdad Sharif ki taraf rukh k Ghous e Pak ki Bargah mein Salam arz kartay hain aur unn se Madad talab kartay hain aur aisa har Namaz k baad kartay hain, Kia ye koi Wazeefa hay? Iss k liye Ijazat ki zaroorat hoti? Kia mujhe aur aap k Tamam Mureedin ko bhi aisa karnay ki Ijazat hay?
Answer: Salat e Ghosiya say ye amal hay k uss k baad Baghdad Sharif ki taraf munh kar k giayara (11) qadam chalay, aor Salat e Ghosia ki har Sunni ko ijazat hay. Aor ye amal baharhaal behtar hay, iss main Sarkar e Abd Qarar SalAllah o Elehe Wasalam say aor Sarkar e Baghdad say istimdad aor tawassul aor iss ka istehzar hay jo ba'is e barkat hay.

Question 2: If we live in Dar ul Harb and have jewelry shop, can we sell Christian cross necklaces etc as law requires us to sell all kinds of Jew and Christian religious jewelry? Please answer in Urdu.
Answer: Agar law compel (force) karta hay aor uss main harj malum nahi hota hay k ye majboori ki soorat hay. Bahar-e-Shariat, Jild Awwal, Hissa Soyam, Page no. 18 par likha hay k jin shehro mein jo dino me ISHA waqt na aata ho wo wahan ISHA KI Qaza padhe. Rahnumai farmaen.
Answer: Haan to wo Qaza he ho gi, adda to nahi ho gi.

Question 5: Peshab ke Qatre ki bimari k kis hadd tak hone par mazoor kehlaega?
Answer: Jab keh Qatra har waqt aata ho aor Namaz ka koie waqt uss say khali na ho. Har namaz k waqt main wo qatra aata hay to uss soorat main wo mazoor hay, aor uss ka hukam ye hay k har namaz wo taaza woozu say parhay, Jab uss namaz ka waqat nikal gaya to wo woozu jata raha. Aor phir jab doosri namaz ka waqt aaye to uss k liye taaza woozu kar k namaz parhay to iss tor par wo faraa'iz sunnan aor nawafil sab adaa kar sakta hay.

Question 6: اذا تحيرتم فى الامور فاستيعنوا من اهل القبور (Ruh al Bayan, Vol 8, Page 109)... Huzoor is Hadees e Paak mein Ahle Quboor se kaun log Muraad hein? Mazeed tafseel farma kar hamaare dil munawwar farmaen.
Answer: Ahle Quboor say zahir si baat hay k Musalman murad hayn aor Musalmanon main badarja e Aula Musalmano k Auliya, Ulema aor Shuhada hayn wo iss keh misdaq hain. Aur ye hadith nahi hay, Hazrat e Imam e Ghazali ya kisi buzurg ka qoal hay.

Answer: Nikah k baad Shab e Zufaf, doosray din, walima karna sunnat hay.

Question 8: AlHamd Sharif Namaz me Farz hai ya Wajib hai ya Sunnat ? Aur agar NAMAZ mein ALHAMD padhna bhool gaya tou kya hukm hai?
Answer: Wajib bhi hay aor Sunnat bhi iss lehaz say keh saktay hain keh Huzoor AlehSalawtu Wasalm ki Sunnat say ye sabit hay, aor farz Ma Tayseer al Qur'an, Aik aayat ya uss k ba miqdar wo farz hay.

Question 9: 4 Rakat farz me teesri rakat me ALHAMD ke baad bhool se BISMILLAH ki puri ayat padhli tou ab Sajda Sahauw karna hoga?
Answer: Naheen. Alhamd k baad jo hay uss ko qirat ka Ikhtiar hay agarcheh ye hay k Teesri rakaat main Alhamd k baad dosri Soorat nahi hay, lehaza bhool keh agar Bismillah parhi to iss soorat main sajda sehauw na hona chahiye, mazeed iss silsilah main dekh k kuch kaha ja sakta hay.

Question 10: FAJAR KI JAMAT chal rahi hai aur itna waqt hai ke is darmiyan mein SUNNAT padhkar JAMAT me shamil ho sakte hain tou Kya SUNNAT padh lena chahiye?
Answer: Parh lena chahiye, agarcheh ye guman ho k Attahiyat main paa lay ga to Sunnat pehlay parhay phir Jamaat main shariq ho.

Question 11: What should be the Niyyah for Tahajjud Prayers?
Answer: Tahajjud ki niyat koie khas nahi hay jaisay aor Namazon ki niyat hay waisay he Tahajjud ki niayat hay.

Question 12: Kya har woh shakhs jo Eid Miladun Nabi (SallallahoAlaihe Wassallam) manana Ghalat kehta hai, badmazhab hai?
Answer: Bilkul, beshak wo badmazhab hay. Sarkar ka irshad hay k

فما رأى المسلمون حسنا فهو عند الله حسن
jiss cheez k achay honay par musalmano ka itefaq ho aor bakasrat loag jo hain uss par amal karain, uss ko acha janain to wo Allah k nazdeek hasan hay. [Musnad Ahmad, Vol 8, Page 194, Hadith 3667]

Uss ko ghalat aor batil kehna jo hay ye goya k bakasrat, aam muslamnon ko gumrah aor ghalat kar aor gunah gar kehna hay. Aor naja'iz tor par kisi ko gumrahi ki tohmat lagana, ya gunahgar samajhna ya un k afaa'l ko ghalat samajhna, ye khud naja'iz o haram aor ye khud gumrahi hay. Uss par ye lazim hay k musalma'nan e Ahlesunnat wa jamaa't ki moafiqat karay aor jo wo kar rahay hain, unn k kaam main moafiqat karay, aor agar nahi kar sakta hay to dil say un k fe'el ko jai'z aor acha samjhay. Ye nahi k ulta unhi ko gunahgar aor gumrah samjhay, iss soorat main wo wahabion ki tarha say ussi gumrahi ka mustahiq hay.

Question 13: kya Qudrat ko bura kehna Allah Azzawajal ko bura kehna hai?
Answer: Bayshak Qudrat ko bura kehna iss say yehi lazim aata hay aor Hadith main ye bhi farmaya k

لا تسبوا الدهر فإن الله هو الدهر
Dahar ko gali mat do aor Dahar main he hoon yani dahar ka Khaliq aor uss ko peda karnay wala aor uss ka Murabbi bhi main hoon. [Musnad Ahmad, Vol 19, Page 406, Hadith 9375]

Question 14: Bohat Saare Ulema-e-Kiraam k naam k sath Kaba-o-Qibla kaha jata hai, iska matlab kya hota hai? Kia aisa kehna chahiye?
Answer: Koie harj nahi hay Qibla e Tawajjoh, Marja e Khala'iq, jiss tarha say Kaba jo hay wo Marja e Tawajjoh hay Muslamnon k liye, issi tor par jo hay Ulama, A'ima, Sarkar aor Sarkar k Naaib aor un k Janashin jo hain wo Markaz e Iqbal aor Markaz e Tawajjoh hayn aor un ki taraf tawajjoh ki jati hay. Aor Shariat un ki tarf tawajjoh ka hukam deti hay, Iss Etebar say unn ko Qaba-o-Qibla kaha jata hay.

Question 15: A SAYYID SAHAB WHO BECOMES A BADMAZHAB, DOES HE REMAIN A SAYYID?
Answer: Bad mazhabi kaisi hay, kiss had tak ki hay? Agar wo had e Kufr tak hay to ab Siyyadat khatam ho gaie, aor Sarkar say nisbat qa'im nahi rahi, Aor wo shakhs Musalman hi nahi hay. Aor agar badmazhabi had e kufr tak nahi hay phir bhi uss shakhs say parhaiz ka hukam hay.

Question 16: IF HE DOES NOT REMAIN A SAYYID AND PASSES AWAY IN THE STATE OF BEING A BADMAZHAB, WHAT BECOMES OF HIS CHILDREN, DO THEY REMAIN SAYYID IF THEY ARE ON THE PATH OF THE AHLE SUNNAT WAL JAMA'AT?
Answer: Wo agar Ahlesunnat wal Jama'at k Mazhab par hain, aor baap ki Bad Mazhabi main sharik nahi hain to un par koie ilzam nahi hay aor wo Musalman hayn aor agar wo baap ki bad Mazhabi main hayn aor agar Badmazhabi had e kufr tak pohnchi to uss ko kafir nahi jantay, to un ka hukm wohi hay jo uss ka.

Question 17: Agar ek shakhs kisi Wali ke Mazar Sharif ki Ziyarat ko jaa raha ho, magar uske jane sey uske ghar mein uski maa, uski biwi ya behen ghar pe akele reh jayenge, to kya iss surat me unko sath le jaa sakta hai?
Answer: Lay ja sakta hay.

Question 18: Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam said, "A good dream (that comes true) of a righteous man is one of forty-six parts of Prophet-ism." (Sahih Bukhari) Please explain the Hadith.

Yani ye Nabi k Uloom ka aik sarchashma aor faiz hay jo un ki Ummat ko milta hay iss main Nabi ki Nubuwat ka aor Sarkar e Abd Qaraar Janab e Ahmad e Mukhtar SalAllaho Tabarak a Wataala aleh wasalamma k Uloom ka uss say andaza hota hay keh Allah tabarak wa taala nay Ilm e Ghaib Asalattan inn Hazrat ko ata farmaya hay aor uss ka mamba' Sarkar e Abd Qarar SalaAllaho EleheWasalm ko banaya hay, aor unn k zariye say unn k Uloom Ambiya par, Mursaleem par, Awaleen par Aakhareen par fa'iz howay. Aor unhi say jo hay Uloom e Adam jo hay mutanazil howay. Phir ye hay keh unhi k, iss sarchashma e Ilm e Ghaib ka ye asar hay k aam Musalmanon ko bhi khawabon main aor doosray deegar zariyon say jo hay, unn ki iteba aor sachi perawi k zarye say baaz Uloom e Ghaibia par jo hay itela ho jati hay. Ye sab ka sab jo hay Huzoor k Uloom e Nabuwat ka aik qatra aor aik shimma hay.

Question 19: Jo Azaan ka software aaj kal computer me download karte hai, usme har waqt ki azaan hoti hai; kya isme aam azaano ka hukm hoga ke baat wagaira na karein? Aur uss ka jawab daiN?

Question 20: KUCH LOG ZIKR E ILAHI O DUA KE WAKT ANDHERA KARTE HAIN. KYA AISA KARNA BEHTAR HAI?

من نام بعد صلاة العصر فجن فلا يلومن إلا نفسه
asr k agar koi so jayai phir paagal ho jayai to wo apnay ooper hi malaamat karay. [Musnad Abi Ya'la, Vol 10, Page 178, Hadith 4793]

Question 22: Ek shakhs jo barra parezhgaar namaz roze ka paband tahajjud guzaar hai jhoot nahi bolta azmaya huwa hai, magar wo khud ko Sunni nahi batata aur wo daawa karta hai ke usne khwab me HUZOOR SAL'LAL'LAHO ALAYEH VA SALLAM ki Ziayarat ki hay. ab is shakhs ki bare mein kya Hukm hay? Answer: Wo agar Sunni nahi hay to uss ka da'wa sun'nay k qabil nahi hay, aur bilfarz agar yai tasleem b kar lia jayai k uss ko Sarkar ki ziyarat hui to mehez iss bina par k uss nay Sarkar ko khwaab main daikha aur wo Aqaa'ed e Ahle Sunnat nahi rakhta to uss ko sunni qarar nahi dia ja sakta. Jaisay Sarkar ka jalwa jagtay main kafiron nay b daikha magar mehez iss bina par k Sarkar ko unhon nay daikha to kya wo Musalman aur Sahabi qarar diay jayai gae? Sahabi wo hay jo Huzoor ko haalat e Eman main daikha, aur mo'min wo hay jo Huzoor ka kalma parhay laa ilaahaa illallaah Muhammad ur Rasoolullah agarcheh uss ko bil fa'el Sarkar ka deedar na hua. aur kisi ko Sarkar ka deedar ho jayai aur Huzoor k Mazhab par na ho, Deen ka munkir ho hargiz wo sunni nahi hay musalmaan nahi.

Question 23: MASJID ka jo bahar ka hissa hai wahan dhoop ke wajeh se loug saff ko pura nahi karte balke jahan tak ke chaaun hoti hai wahan tak saff banatay hian aur baki ki jageh dhoop ki wajeh se khali rakh kar pichli saff me aa jate hain. Aisa karne se saff munqata hoti hai ya nahin?
Answer: Iss say saff munqat'e nahi ho gi.
